President of the Tennessee Federation of Business and Professional Women’s
Clubs, Inc.
and pursuant to a
vote of members of the Board of Directors, a meeting of the Executive Committee
and the Board of Directors
is hereby called for Friday, November 9, 2007 and Saturday,
November 10, 2007. All activities are schedule at the

Registration fee of $20.00 applies only
to those who pre-register on or before October 31, 2007. The registration fee
after that time shall be $30.00.
A request for refund of paid
pre-registration and stated meals may be approved only if made in writing to
the President and the Interim Board Chair
by the person
requesting refund, received no later than 72 hours prior to the first business
meeting. Half of only the registration fee will be approved
only if made in writing to the State
President and received no later than 24 hours prior to the first business
meeting. Registration fees are
transferable from one
member to another between members of the same Local Organization. Transfers
within a Local Organization will be allowed
without prior
approval of the State President.

Uncle Al’s
Pecans Fundraiser – In keeping
with tradition we will have the Uncle Al’s Nuts as our fundraiser. We will take
orders prior
to Interim Board
and we will also have a limited amount of
extras available for purchase. The prices will range from $8 to $12 with fruits
and energy mixes on the lower end of the range and nuts on the
higher end (Prices may increase pending increase in the sellers price).
Don’t forget to ask your friends and family!

Room Reservations:
A block of rooms has been
reserved for BPW at the newly renovated Holiday Inn Select Opryland/Airport for
Friday night, November 9, 2007.
Cut-off
date for reservations is October 10, 2007. The rate for rooms reserved prior to the
cut-off is $99.00 for a single or double bedroom.
Requests after the cut-off date
are subject to availability and rates higher than the group rate may apply. The
hotel has an indoor pool, whirlpool,
sauna and live
entertainment. For reservations, please call at 1-888-465-4329 or at
1-615-883-9770, and identify yourself as a member of
BPW (even if it’s after the
cut-off date). Please identify any special needs at the time of reservation.
