Member of Tennessee BPW/USA

 Membership Awards to local organizations will be in the following manner:

*    Certificate of appreciation to each local organization organizing and chartering a new local organization

*    A "Roving trophy" to be presented to the local organization with the highest percentage of increase. 

     Any local organization winning the "Roving trophy"  three (3) consecutive years will retain it permanently

 *    A certificate of appreciation to local organizations with the greatest percentage of increase in membership in each

       of the following categories

Local organizations with 10 or fewer members

                                                              Local organizations with 11‑20 members
                                                              Local organizations with 21 or more members

 *     The Iris Trophy to be presented to the local organization with the largest increase in number of members.  This
        trophy will not be permanently retained by any local organization, although it may be awarded to the  same local
        consecutively for an unlimited number of years.

*     *    Top Recruiter Trophy recognizes the member who has recruited the highest number of verified new  members
       according to the records of BPW/USA as of April 30 of the year of record.

*     *    The Mildred Hearne Plaque to be presented to the local organization with the largest retention in number of
        members.  This plaque will not be permanently retained by any local organization, it although it  may be awarded
        to the same local consecutively for an unlimited number of years.

  Any local organization with a retention rate of at least 80%, by April 30 of the current year, will receive a certificate.

  All awards will be based upon membership from April 30, 2008 to April 30, 2009.  
 

 To be eligible for the above-referenced awards, a local organization must have at least five members

                 as of April 30, 2008 and April 30, 2009.  In order to qualify for Plus 5 Club members, the Top Recruiter

                Award, and other awards, entries must be  submitted no later than May 15, 2009 , and sent to me at the

                address shown below.  Information shall include:    Name(s) and membership number(s) of both the

                recruiter and the new member.  All information will be verified with BPW / USA and their records will
                govern eligibility.

   Please note : BPW / USA Membership Awards may have different dates than BPW / TN.
