Interim Board of Directors Meeting - November 2, 2019

The Interim Board of Directors meeting is held annually every fall to transact the organization’s business between conventions. Interim Board meetings are open to all BPW/TN members and we encourage attendance.

The board of directors consists of the executive committee, standing committee chairs, governance chair, immediate past state president, parliamentarian, and the presidents of the local organizations of the state. When a local organization president cannot attend, they can send a representative authorized to act in their behalf.
